The ancient tradition of cocciopesto (crushed terracotta) meets the demands of contemporary architecture, thanks to advanced stone-based technologies. Cottostone is an innovative product created by Cotto Manetti. It comprises large slabs of terracotta in exceptional measurements of up to 140×305 cm, for use on raised floors, ventilated walls and for all those applications and creations that usually adopt stone materials.
The material is available in three different terracotta doughs, crushed and bonded with special resins and natural quartzes. Bevelled and calibrated, it comes in the following standard formats: 30×60 cm and 60×120 cm.
Cottostone is a patent, resulting from our important collaboration with Stone Italiana, the Verona-based company at the forefront of stone cladding production.
